Blue Monkey Brewery recently donated funds and have made Indigo Kids their charity for the year 2012 and will be continuing their support through 2014. Our summer trip to Twin Lakes and kids club are funded through Blue Monkeys fundraising efforts.

The brewery have donated over £1000.00 this year to Indigo Kids, so we had a tour and saw how the beers were brewed and collected monies that Blue Monkey had raised at the recent Beer Festival in Nottingham.

Special thanks to Simon King, who gave us the tour and announced that Blue Monkey will continue to support Indigo Kids during the next year 2014.

A big thank you from all at Indigo Kids

Toyota at Burneston donated funds which were put to good use for a TV so that the kids at our kids club are able to play wii games. It is a 3D TV so we are planning a movie night in the future as well. Pictured are two of the kids and two siblings that attend our kids club on Wednesday nights.

Chair, Sarah Seaton recently gave a talk to a local group, HOPE, where she was presented with a cheque for Indigo Kids.  July 2012.

HOPE are a group of 11 people, some of whom have autistic children or grandchildren. They get together on a monthly basis for a coffee morning to raise money for local groups helping children with autism. Some make cakes to sell to other group members, all take along something for a raffle as well.

Hope were happy to donate £100 to Indigo Kids for the work we are doing, and they hope to donate in the future again.
